King Ridge from Valley Ford

King Ridge with Grizzly Peak Cyclists – 87 Miles

Quick stop before descending to Seaview, and then Timbercove Rd.

The climb to this spot was pretty easy if you were use to climbing. The section was long with lots of sun, and some lovely looking cows. The road was pretty empty with no access to potable water, so carry an extra bottle if you make it up to king ridge.

Random shot taken by the GPC leader of the road to the top of King Ridge

Climbing in the shade is the way to go.

This photos was borrowed from the GPC leader, so I am not exactly sure of the name of this climb. I’d say it looks like Fort Ross Rd, which is miserably paved, so descend slower than you can say Fahrvergnügen
